Meet the Founder
My name is Mohamadou Konate, and I'm the founder of Konate Tech Essentials. I'm an engineer who graduated from Columbia University, and my journey into PC building began with a passion for flight simulation.
When I first tried to run Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS), I realized that not just any computer could handle the performance demands of such an advanced simulator. That challenge sparked my interest in building high-performance PCs — and it quickly grew into a lifelong passion.
What started as a personal project soon turned into something bigger: a vision to help others get access to the right technology for gaming, work, and creativity.
The Flight Sim Connection
Microsoft Flight Simulator's demanding requirements opened my eyes to the world of high-performance computing. What started as a quest for better frame rates became a passion for building the perfect PC.
